Refund & Revision Policy

The short version: Not happy with your photo? Reply to the delivery email and ask for a revision — as many times as needed within reason. If we still can't get it right, we refund you 100%. No hassle, no judgment.

1. Revisions first

Every order includes revisions. When you receive your finished photo, you can ask us to tweak anything you don't love by simply replying to the delivery email with what you'd like changed. We'll redo the edit and send a new version, usually within 24 hours.

The tier you ordered sets the spirit of what's reasonable:

"As many as needed within reason" means we'll keep going as long as your requests are scoped to what the original tier purchased (e.g., we'll keep adjusting the skin retouch on a portrait, but a request to also remove the entire background mid-stream is a different service).

We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days; you'll see the credit on your card statement.

5. Non-refundable amounts

Stripe charges a small payment processing fee on every transaction (~2.9% + $0.30) that we do NOT recover when issuing refunds. For orders under $25, this can be a meaningful portion of the order. We absorb this fee on our end so you receive a full refund on the amount you paid — but we wanted to be transparent about why we'd love it if you'd let us try a revision first.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer without first contacting us, we will respond to the chargeback with evidence of your order and the work delivered. Repeated chargebacks from the same customer may result in account closure. Please reach out to us first — we'd much rather solve the problem directly than fight a chargeback.

7. Bundle orders

Photos in a bundle (5-pack, 10-pack, 25-pack) carry the same revision and refund rights as the single-tier they're bundled from. Each photo is treated as its own order for refund purposes — you can refund 3 photos out of a 5-pack if those 3 didn't work out and keep the 2 that did.
