Standard orders ship in 24-48 hours. Rush tiers move to the front of the queue and ship in under 12 hours. Heritage restoration (heavy damage) may take 48-72 hours because of the detail work involved.

JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, and most phone-camera formats are fine. For upscaling, we work best with the original highest-resolution version you have — even if it's small. For restoration, a clear scan or phone-photo of the damaged original works great. If you're not sure, just send what you've got and we'll let you know if anything's off.

Basic tiers include one round of revisions. Premium, Heritage, and Rush tiers include unlimited revisions — as many times as needed... within reason 😄. If something isn't right, just reply to the delivery email with what you'd like changed.

If you're not happy with the result and revisions don't fix it, we'll refund you in full. Simple as that. We'd rather you walk away happy than hold onto your money for work you don't love.

Yes. The 10-pack and 25-pack bundles are built for photographers, agencies, real estate teams, and families with shoeboxes of old photos. If you need more than 25 at once or a custom turnaround SLA, email [email protected] and we'll set you up.

Yes. We never share or sell your photos. Originals and finished files are kept on a private server for 30 days after delivery so we can quickly resend or revise, then deleted. We never use customer photos for marketing without explicit written permission.
