Professional Image Works provides AI-assisted photo retouching, restoration, and upscaling services with human review on every order. We accept photos you submit through our website, process them through our internal image pipeline, and return the result to you via email download link.
You may place an order without creating an account by providing an email address at checkout. The email you provide becomes your order identity — we send all delivery, support, and refund correspondence to that address. Keep it accessible.
By uploading a photo to the Service, you represent and warrant that:
We will never use your photo for marketing or testimonial purposes without your explicit written permission. If we ever want to feature your before/after, we'll ask separately.
All prices are shown in US dollars on the website at the time of order. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms. Sales tax may apply based on your billing address.
Stated turnaround times (e.g. "24-48h") are estimates based on typical order volume and complexity. Most orders are delivered within the stated window, but we do not guarantee a specific delivery time. If an order takes longer than the stated estimate, we will email you with a status update; you may cancel and receive a full refund at that point.
Every order includes at least one round of revisions if you are not satisfied with the initial result. We will work with you within reason to make the result match what you asked for. See our Refund Policy for details on revision limits and refund eligibility.
We make no guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption. We reserve the right to suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency response.

The Professional Image Works name, logo, website design, and pipeline software are owned by RG Holdings LLC. The finished photo we deliver to you is yours — you have full rights to download, print, share, sell, or otherwise use it as you see fit.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the finished result will meet your subjective expectations beyond the revision policy described above. In no event will RG Holdings LLC, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Pending orders at the time of termination will be either completed or refunded at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted to this page; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
